For those who take calf development seriously, tips tricks , exercises etc. Lets keep it centered around calves please also avoiding injury, tears, aches and pains. Same applies to ankles and feet. These are often neglected areas of the body and for me at least , my eyes go to calves on a BB first. yes lets talk about genetics, but not make that an excuse for flat calves :-).

And please when you shoot the calves training video could go into detail and the importance of stretching/ stretching exercises, calves cramp is just soooooo painful. Also some have big calves but they are so ugly, not chiselled with fine details at all, just like two lumps of knobbly sweet potatoes- what's going on?
