I am 17 years old got into bodybuilding when I was 15, I'm having the time of my life living this lifestyle, I am 175 cm tall, don't know how much that is in feet and inches. Anyhow my current weight is 210 sitting at an 8 - 10ish% bodyfat. Lately, in the past few months, I feel like I can't really grow anymore like I have reached my 100% potential, but I know for a fact that isn't true since I'm only 17 years old my testosterone haven't even topped yet.So, therefore, my question to you is how do you break through plateaus? I am all natty btw(if that matters).
