does anyone know if phil does this? i read on his instagram he does but he doesn't mention his split when he does?
i just saw an old Q & A and he says that yes he does, with legs for example, hams and quads in different parts of the day, but only in the off season i guess, since the last workout video with legs (january) was still once per day
any clue how he trains his back, arms, chest and shoulders with multiple workouts a day?
he didnt say anything specific but the leg split, he just said that he trains twice sometimes
