phil how you doing pal-just a quick question,how do i develop alot of upper chest_been hitting incline presses with dumbells then superset with flyes then immediatelty after i go for incline bar.am i doing it correctly of there is a better way to create more of that shelf look?
Believe it or not decline can help with that lift u lookin for...jay cutler thought me that,
On every press try activate ur chest at the bottom of the range so your front delts or tri's dont take over.
