I have to say again, as my comment earlier doesn't seem to show... Thanks for the awesome look into your life, and thanks so so much for all the cool footage showing how it's really done... Thanks for all the tips and explanations, I'm really looking forward to trying everything out. I'm sure you've saved me years of training by your help. I've been injured the past year (my wrist, and hand tendons), but doing what I can, and healing nicely, and can't wait to try a lot of this, and tried a lot already... but things are starting to click with me, e.g. bicep training, hams, lat pulls... many trainers talking about compound movements like it's ok to work all muscles because they are all involved, but am taking away from it yeah they are involved, but you got to get the right form to work the particular one you want to target... and each person an individual so you got to work on the right angles for the person rather than a set form... and feel the intensity and pump.... and not all about breaking muscles with huge weights... I can't wait to see some improvements with myself, injury free... And thanks for all the motivation and inspiration... and entertainment... It's been really fun to watch your channel, really interesting... I feel really lucky for you to share all of this for whatever your reasons, thank you so much, thank you to Shurie, and thank you to the production team :D I watch your videos and think wow, this is like Phil Heath is my personal trainer... well, kinda if you think like you are showing me how to do it all and giving advice... so BIG BIG thanks Champ!!
