Hi Guys/Phil,
Just joined the site, and the community.
Over the next few days I will be creating a list of all songs and workout exercises for each body part from all the current content that Phil has provided. This should give everyone easier access, instead of trying to search through sections of DVD/Training Videos. Hopefully this will help, and spice things up for your workouts ;)
