Hey champ! Ive been trying to get this questioned answered for a while so I'm hoping you can help! I did my first two shows last year and thought i looked great right until my carb up meals hours before the show. My question is how do you know when to incorporate more carbs to fill up or to keep yourself from having to many carbs and spilling over? Also does fading happen when you've had to many carbs or not enough? Thanks Phil!
