hey there guys , first time i actually check the forums , i was always watching the vids :) !
I was very curious to see what s Phil's nutritional approach , when transitioning from offseason to full steam prep mode , the way he chooses to incorporate cheat meals/refeeds into the plan . Like swapping pasta for rice , white rice for brown rice going closer into the show , and what is his approach on the intra/post workout suplementation/nutrition leading into a show (carbs wise, vitargo for example) .. I'm gonna do the first show this year and i'm really curious about this.. sorry for any typos but i'm not english native ! Much love and respect to Phil and whole Gifted crew!
