Hey phil, i was wondering if you could give some tips on shoulders. I dont have very good delts because i tend to use my traps alot. Would you explain the foarm you use like postioning of shoulders, do i keep them down up an foward or back?

I feel shoulders need a lot of volume and not necessarily heavy weight, because you can get injured very easy.
Try to focus on good form and contraction.
