Hey Champ....Mr O x 6, Aka The Gift...
I have been training for BB for 2 years, been lifting weights most of my life... Im 5'4" currently 168 pounds and around 13% BF and I'm 55 years old.
At my age I find lifting near max weight is hard on my joints. My question is how do I continue to increase size. My Hamstrings are lacking the most. I hit legs twice a week, Should I be focusing on TUT (Time under Tension), and rest pause sets, or go balls out with lifting heavy like 70% of 1 rep max.
Also.. is there any plans coming up where you would do a group Training session with you at APG... Honestly, I think that would be great.
Thanks Rob.
