Hey champ, congratulations on your 6th title and way to just slay em this year . Already ready to see u next year in 2017 when you tie Arnold ! I'm a bodybuilder and am working hard to become a pro. My biggest problem is myself , people get into my head and it affects my workouts and Just my overall confidence, so how do I lock it down and only focus on what I need to do do in order to become the pro that I KNOW I can be. Hey Champ. Happy new year to you. Hope you're doing great. I am 19 years old now and have been gaining some size since I've started about 3 years ago. Unfortunately I've hit a plateau. I am being consistent with my food and supplements. So my question is that do you think if I started taking a mass gainer instead of whey protein might work. And what do you think in this case is better for size, raising my protein intake or my carbs ?

I am 17 years old got into bodybuilding when I was 15, I'm having the time of my life living this lifestyle, I am 175 cm tall, don't know how much that is in feet and inches. Anyhow my current weight is 210 sitting at an 8 - 10ish% bodyfat. Lately, in the past few months, I feel like I can't really grow anymore like I have reached my 100% potential, but I know for a fact that isn't true since I'm only 17 years old my testosterone haven't even topped yet.So, therefore, my question to you is how do you break through plateaus? I am all natty btw(if that matters).

I know you had a tough time 2014 while you in full prep mode for the olympia.

What up champ, I'm trying to incorporate more fish into my diet. The problem is I'm hooked on salmon(wild caught sockeye to be exact). It's almost to where I can eat it more than anything else. I know i need to switch it up so my question is what types of fish do you prefer?

I just want to say that you a kind and cool person i even seen and I respect you and will always remember you and a champ but most your faith and strength in God! My Q to u is that i am a wrestler and and very athletic and i am sure y toyou can relate to this being that you did it in college and still now, for my sport we cut weight by water in the sauna but i my mind i always know it not the right way to do it or healthy. i alway cut from 80kg to 74kg like in 2 days and this affects my performance big time tho i may win i always feel i lost lots of energy cutting and i was blessed with lots of muscles naturally so i fell like i abuse them as well doing this is 2 or 3 days of cutting so is there a thought or tip u can help with? thanks and have a great one!

Hi Champ!! I like whey protein shakes... I blend in two raw eggs, 50g banana, 20g peanut butter (swap with pepetas or sunflower seeds), 25g whey protein concentrate (no artificial flavours or thickeners), 30g oats, and 100ml yogurt with 5% honey, 30g full cream... I love it... all organic ingredients... I have about 3 shakes a day and only one 250g steak meal with 150g of rice or sweet potato, meals about 3-4 hours apart... maybe also a snack of rice cakes after a workout.. about 3000 calories a day all up. I feel pretty good eating that... what's your opinion of shakes like I describe versus whole food meal like steaks... will I build more muscle from meat or fish rather than shakes and if so, why?

HUGE fan from Sweden since i saw you for the first time in a 2008 mr olympia video on youtube back in the day. Watching you train before my gymsesh gets me pumped up everytime! You will be LEGENDARY!!
I would like to know HOW (the mindset) you think before you lift the weights. Do you go 100% to failure on all working sets or do you have a somewhat controlled aggression on some sets? And do you use all your strengh right away on the first rep or does it only requires on the last reps when it starts to get hard? (AKA lifting tecnique)
