Bodybuilding commentators often compliment athletes for having "good genetics." How are they able to identify good genetics just by looking at the bodybuilders?
hey phil i am 17 from cyprus and really champ you are my idol i wish one day to meet you..any advice for teenagers who want to follow bodybuilding?
Hello Phil and Gifted Channel crew,
Thank you for all of the amazing content you have provided over the last 12 months or so. The training tips and advice you have provided have enhanced my own training immensely.
I was wondering how it is possible for subscribers like myself to download and save the content to our PC so that we can view it at a later time? Please let me know how to do this.
I think the training tips videos etc are really useful to review every now and again and use as a reference point.
Hey Andrew,
Really glad you appreciated everything we put together for you!
That is a really great idea, but unfortunately we do not have any tool that would enable us to do that. At some point a number of these videos will end up on Phil's new youtube channel. Sorry, I wish we had better news!

Hey champ, this question goes out to Shurie and you of course. I wanna train just like you with my girlfriend but then she just underwent a surgery on her knee, any suggestions on some particular routine from you and Shurie?
Hey Stevie,
Just a heads up that the channel is actually going to be shutting down, so unfortunately no new content will be posted. Feel free to watch whatever you'd like in the backlog, but there won't be any new Q&A's.
Thanks,

Bummer!
Hey Champ.
Thanks for answering my last question, it helped. I have some other questions for you. First Abs.. Im a short guy, 5'4" what I don't have is a narrow waist, Im kinda thick my waist is 30", 28" when Im contest ready, I want my abs to be more prominent so the question is should I be doing high reps, or heavy weight on a machine.
The next question is how would I overcome lifters elbow? I tried massage, ultra sound, wraps... all of it but Im still stuck with this near crippling pain, I am wondering if what I need to do is to work on forearm strength to over come this.
Also.. I have been working on Bodybuilding for almost 3 years, I have added size, but what I don't have is the thick full round muscles I see like on you, or other people in the gym.. I am looking for that density, is this something that just takes time to develop or is a genetic factor. Or maybe is it I am not training correctly.
I am planning on competing in a show in Denver Aug. 5th Ive added size from last year, and I am slowly moving out of off season training to pre contest, last year I had extra loose skin on my lower abdomen, and I am hoping that an earlier pre contest dieting will allow more time for this to shrink, do you know of any tricks for stubborn loose skin or am I stuck with it.. I don't want to go under the knife.. Any advice will be great.
Thanks again.
Rob
