I am 40 years old and was an athlete (Wrestling, football, baseball) until I was around 22 and unfortunately let myself go. I am now overweight with high blood pressure and non insulin dependent diabetes. I had dropped about 40 pounds about a year ago but have since put it back on. Recently I was diagnosed with non alcoholic liver cirrhosis. What do you recommend I should do to drop weight but add muscle.
