What is everyone's thoughts on fasted cardio?
Is it worth the risk of catabolism?
Will you actually burn more fat while cutting than in a fed state?
I've done so much research on this topic and nowadays there's more and more research going against fasted cardio but I want to hear what information you guys have to input.
