Okay everyone, topic for today: Which exercise is your FAVORITE, and which exercise is your LEAST favorite? Tell me yours and I'll tell you mine!

Favorites
Delts. lateral raises, front raises, rear delt
Back: Dumbell rows
Legs: Hamstring curl, Leg Press
Arms: All Exercises, i can train arms all day long
Chest All exercises except bench press using a barbell
Abs: none
LEAST favorites
Delts. military shoulder press
Back: T-Bar (I am Scared of it lol but never skip it)
Legs: squats, but i never skip them lol
Arms: none
Chest: bench press using barbell
Abs: All but never skip them
And Finally cardio
Favorites:
Leg extension: basic but you can do so much to burn the muscle.
Bent Over Barbell Row: very good for thickness.
Lateral raises with the cable: constant tension is what I like.
Toes to bar: best ab exercise, but not for beginner.
Least favorites:
Deadlifts: scared of disc prolapse if I go heavy with this.
Normal bench press: a weak point for me but I don´t feel the chest working with this.
Butterfly machine: I guess I got my injury from this type of movement some years ago.
I do flys on the cable and dumbbell now.
Any type of glute workouts: let´s leave this to the girls - I don´t like big asses either :)
