I know not everybody trains on weekends, but I find I actually get my best sessions in on Saturday, (if I'm not traveling), because there is less distractions than during the week, and I can set aside a bigger block of time. So what are you guys training today? And if you AREN'T training today, WHY NOT?!

Let me know if this is dumb. Weekends are my wild cards. I go in and do whatever I want, regardless of muscle group. If I feel like hack squats, that's what I do. For I want to hit bench, that's next. Maybe curls follow.
