Hey guys, been on this diet for a few weeks now and see good results, strength is increasing along with mass, bodyfat lowering, stamina is about 15% less than on carb diet, but i dont get emotional which is good. Has anyone else done this diet and what are their experiences? Obviously mine is positive but I'm also interested in the negatives you've experienced.
