Hey guys, been on this diet for a few weeks now and see good results, strength is increasing along with mass, bodyfat lowering, stamina is about 15% less than on carb diet, but i dont get emotional which is good. Has anyone else done this diet and what are their experiences? Obviously mine is positive but I'm also interested in the negatives you've experienced.

All I can say is, that Dave Palumbo has my respect for his huge knowledge! I would work with him, no doubt!

Yeah ive learnt so much about the body from dave, and i always gravitated naturally to a no carb diet when i first started training i just had no idea what u was doing had a name. Some peoples bodies just dont work well on it. But i feel great! No emotionally ups and downs, plenty of fast energy and best of all im building muscle while burning fat!! Obviously this diet is a cutting diet so i wont be using it long term, only till I reach my goals.
