Hey guys, so in the Subscriber Q&A today somebody asked a question about my thoughts on Levrone competing in the Olympia again. The video just posted so give it a watch. Anyways, now you know what I think... but what do YOU think? Is it a distraction? Or could Levrone crack the top 10? First-callout even? Let me know!

I like Leveone and applaud his efforts. He's likely to place in the top 10. Still, there are several guys struggling to get on the Olympia stage. They have to compete in lesser shows, and I think Levrone should have had to qualify, too. Brandon Curry, Fred Smalls, Juan Diesel and others should feel a bit cheated by the system.

It's a good story line. I could see him in the top 10. Would that be fair? I don't know. It will be fun to watch.

I think it's a little worrisome only because of the pressure to change bodybuilding judges criteria.

I could see them using a Levrone style physic to make a statement.

I love the fact that Kevin's in it. BUT, I think that people lose sight that bodybuilding has evolved. Bodybuilding is SUPPOSED to be the best combo of size, symmetry and conditioning!!!! No matter what the hype is, it comes down to that. For the last 5 olympias the BEST physique that has all 3 of those qualities without argument has been Phil Heath.

Phil, why do you ask for this!? Do you really worry about he could beat you? You´re the one to beat for everybody!
Focus on yourself and get in top form even if you need to make some changes or ask Jay, for his loyal advice.
I guess you guys are close and he has the knowlegde and maybe some tip.

Well I'm a big fan of Levrone.... Him finishing in the top 10 will send a great message for the sport of bodybuilding "it's never too late to unleash the better version of yourself "....But to be realistic I remember the last time "they" granted a free pass to Alexander Federov...with all the buzz about him being good enough to beat Ronnie Coleman. All I heard was crickets that night .... No disrespect to Federov or Levrone but there is a reason why the qualification to the Olympia is so meticulous. It's not just about who's is going to win it but also about displaying the "CURRENT" elite.

I am really glad that Levrone will be back to the stage this year. I believe this is super great for the sport with what ever it brings of experience, excitements, and hype. Realistically it will be hard for him to place in the top 10, I doubt that he could qualify if didn't get invited! Reasons in my opinion are many, the 1st that came to my mind is the fact that he will have a hard time predicting how his body will react before the show being 13 years away from this.

im a big levrone fan . im very excited to see him on the stage again . this is great for him , for the sport , for the fans ,etc.etc. I don't think he will be good enough to win . it's just not realistic . phil is going to win number 6 ............. and you cant teach that !!!!

i think it is good for the sport. He's a classic. Obviously good genetics. I don't think he'll be a serious contender for the 1-5 spots since he hasn't been seriously training for that long and he's 50+. But it's fun and makes for good drama!

its good for the sport and for marketing. Its a win win since that pretender to the throne is sitting another olympia out . If he loses, he tried and that counts for something. If he wins its time I know I am dreaming , The only thing I cannot stand is his arrogance in feeling his return is almost messianic. In his interview with Bob Chicorillo he almost spoke as if he had been annotated by God to show the era of bodybuilders the era of their ways.

Kevin had his time. New science of bodybuilding and how to approach it I think. If he had Hany to train him for more than a year he could compete against Phil. Like Phil said he beats guys when He is only at like 80%. Kevin is over 50 so thats gotta bring his percent down a lottabit!! :) good luck Phil.

There is alot I like about being over 50 and returning to the stage, but I find his attitude sour and bitter, he rarely smiles or speaks well of others. I find him ungracious to this generation of BB. I don't expect him to make top 10, he just estimates everyone and down plas their efforts and work ethic.

I've had a few people disagree with me, I DONT CARE. I think it's good for Kevin to compete and all but I've said it a million times. Going by the original standards of bodybuilding, who brings all aspects in one package? Phil is the answer. Dexter=balanced and complete(still outsized at times).Jay=massive dense( symmetry isn't close to Phil) Ronnie= massive dense great symmetry early on(toss up when compared to Phil. Now on to Kevin= first let's start at the RDB, game over Phil will dominate. Most muscular, only pose Kevin may stand a chance. Pull up Kevin's best RLS AND compare it Phil, PHIL WINS. So we still have a week and a half and I'm sticking with the current champ. Size symmetry and muscularity equals who??? Line em up.

And to clarify, I was just using Dexter and Jay because they have won the O before. Ramy will be in Kai's spot this year and it will be exciting. When the rear posing starts, thats where Phil will start to pull away. Kevin will be battling it out with roelly, d asha, mcarver and Compton. I CANT WAIT.
