I am a 21 year old physique competitor & I would like to know what are the best types of Carbs/Proteins/Fats during a contest prep & are you better off dividing your Carbs evenly through the day or can you consume 50% breakfast & 50% postworkout with the rest being low carb meals ?
it depens on the person and your metabolism. You are young, that means you can probably get away with a lot more high glycemic carbs. I would like you to take your carbs in every other meal not only two, because your body can absorb them better.
