Altough the flashback section and V Logs are a good thing I really wish to see some more balls to the walls training content.
Really hoping for some more footage like the Hamstring workout 12 days out.
Have you got some more Pre-Oympia content?
If so please put it on the channel with very little amount of editing. No music needed also
