2017 is just around the corner. I always advocate goal-setting as an ongoing process... but we all know that new year's resolutions can be a powerful thing, regardless. Do you have any goals for 2017? Both physical or otherwise? Post them below!

Great question! Over here at GC, our goal is to knock out more videos per month for everyone. (Especially cooking segments because Phil KNOWS how to throw down in the kitchen).

Oh, and for me personally, an extra inch on these biceps would make me pretty happy.
