Calves..what is the deal? I see so many builders with great upper bodies and almost non existent calves,,is it down to genetics or maybe them not appreciating the degree of focus it takes to grow theM? What has been your experience?

I do exercises that are unique to all the greats because I believe its the "way" you do the exercise and not what exercise you do that shapes the muscle. Sure everyone benches so why doesn't everyone have a big chest? Its because people do it incorrectly or differently and muscle or tissue will grow according how you do it. So doing the same technique as the greats can only help me in my eyes. Honestly, I know genetics plays a part in the end but fuck that and ill be damned if someone tells me I cant build muscle or its shaped a certain way because of my genetics. I will build muscle in the specific areas I want but I just need to be taught. A video explaining what muscles separate you from the rest of the pack, exercises you do for them, and an in depth explaination of how you do them and what youuuu think about when you do them to really fire those muscles such as how you grab the bar, to the way you stand, tillt of your wrist, I know you get it. Oh and this video should be about your arms. Tell me literally what you're feeling in that muscle bro. That lateral tricep head, thickness in you biceps, and that beast upper forearm
