Hey phil heath, I really enjoy watching and learning new workout routines but something I would like to see would be a video showing your on or off season ab routine. I am joining my first bodybuilding competition and I would really like to know hot to get deep separation in my abs.
Casimiro
This was a video he did about abs with Marc Lobliner. Fairly recent video, less than a year old
How often or hard do you train on lacking areas? Should I train a body part that lacks whenever it's not sore?
Phil with his supplements lined up talking about each one and best time to take them. which does he use before Olympia
From Craig Royle in U.K
I Would like to hear about Phil Bulking and cutting -
how does he get his 5000 to 8000 calories a day?
do you used olive oil or coconut? or you just get all of your calories from food ?
do you used fat burners during off season or contest prep?
do you do cardio during off season?
could you explain how you get super shredded up to %5 of body fat?
what supplement do you take to help with digestion?
what supplement do you take to help with recovery ?
Thank you
Thanks for the great suggestions guys!
itd be awesome if we did giveaways on this channel and also a day of eating with phil would be very intresting to watch
More Gym Jams please!
I want to see Phil during his cut. How he loses weight. I want to see him talk about supplements and what he takes and why. Training videos on building size.
any videos coming online here from that day?
Hi,
More about pre- under workout and after workout supplement's and why?
Maybe how they change during bulking and cutting ?
A video about Calf development. If phil always had 'good' calves, being a genetic gift. If not, what was the 'struggle' to develop them and get them on point. Calf training videos. Thanks. Greetings from Brazil.
You've been able to dominate and defeat your closest competitor, who I won't mention (LOL) by having a few areas that were thicker and more 3D. One of which is the upper back, trap, rhomboid region. Can you give us some helpful tips on how to develop that area for effectively?
First of all, great website & content! I would like to see a video about goals, not just training/improvement goals but specific life/career goals. Similar to the University of Denver keynote speech which was amazing by the way!
I would love see Phil talks a bit more about the beginnings of his career. What it felt like actually becoming a pro, what it meant to eventually stand on the stage of the Olympia.
Whether he had doubts about being a bodybuilding during this period, and if he still loves working out (I ask this 'cause Kai has said he haven't enjoyed working out for the past 2 years).
Thanks, and keep killing it Phil!
