What is your approach to training while injured? Do you train around your injuries and skip the injured tendons/joints/muscles completely, or do you prefer to still train those injured parts but with a lighter weight to stimulate blood flow and circulation to help with the repair and recovery process?
I would really like to see a day in the life of video, one that shows his day to day stuff including meals, supplements, training, behind the scenes in his companies and the work that goes on there (condensed down obviously).
Also a mental video, as in how Phil keeps himself motivated to the highest levels, how he developed his work ethic stuff like that.
Also a video on posing. The ins and outs of it, the best way to get into the set poses that Phil has to do himself and advice for people who are thinking of competing.
And a question for the Q&A, aside from winning the Olympias, what has been the best/unforgettable moment or highlight of your career?

I am currently 2 weeks away from my first bodybuilding competition but I'm not so sure what I should do after food and training wise.
Phil, one thing I never see much about from bodybuilders is ab training? What exercises do you use and how often do you do them?
Hi champ, I would love if you guys could ad a little side banner or something similar like the old training videos. I'm referring to the amount of sets and reps you do on that excersise. For example how many warm up sets and how many working set + reps.

How strict are your strength training sessions? Do you focus mostly on 5x5s?
I'd like to see more creative/unorthodox lifts use with common equipment.
Since, my week day gym is limited to cables, free weights and a single machine for back days, I have to get pretty creative with my lifts to hit my back from different angles.
