i would like to know about Phil's meal timing - how many times he trains a day, once or twice, how many hours does phil sleep. does he take breaks from working out? how many times does Phil goes to chiropractor? how does he measure hes carbs, i would like to see phil cook a meal and scale everything that would be really something special, like breakfast "showing how many eggs he eats a day"

I would like you to get some motivational videos made. For example just you training and then the best shot and hardest moments from that training with som sort of music laid over. Just like a 3-5 min vid. You could make like "the weekly motivational video" and then just the best shots and clips from your workouts througout the week with either some music or even you preaching some motivational thoughts.

i have been dealing with some elbow pain for the last 2 weeks, it is affecting me the way i train my triceps and chest. Its not anything major but it aches and it has never happened before. I think it would be cool to get a 'fly on the wall' kind of clip between phil and hany where they analyse where phil is at and discuss what their goals are for this yr's olympia prep, it would be a great insight to see them discuss what worked/didn't work last yr, to see them come up with an overall game plan to win phil's 6th olympia in a row would be really cool!!!

I stumbled onto this site today and spent the past 2 hours watching videos. I signed up for the entire year because this seems like such an awesome resource.
As a way of introduction, I'm an old guy. 53 years old. Definitely fat - 30%. I'll never be a contest body builder but I'm hoping to get to some reasonable fat percentage.
I'm from Tacoma, WA, but live in Puyallup and work just South of the 3rd runway at Seatac. I used to be a weight trainer for a certain successful local professional sports team in the 80's and can still lift enough weight that I don't get embarrassed at the gym.
Part of the reason I'm here is to learn about dieting. It's obviously my shortcoming. Why do bodybuilders eat so much rice? Is it just to increase the insulin response? I would appreciate all training tips and diet tips you have.
We'll be spending the next year together.
