I would love to know which songs he regularly listens to while working out. Does he listen to the bands that are on his dvd's (i.e. affiance, throw the fight etc)?

I would love to see an instructional video/dvd series from Phil, going through his general day to day workouts for each muscle group, maybe with him spending 2-3 minutes talking about the technique he uses and also variations on each exercise and then showing a full working set for each exercise to illustrate the points to focus on.
I would particularly love to see these type of videos particularly for his back workout and biceps also.
I second Andrew's comment about instructional videos for different muscle groups. I really enjoyed the leg press tips and would like to see how the champ recommends getting the back and arms developed.
I think it would be great to see an insight into the mental toughness it takes to be number one in the world. Especially with social media and people taking an unhealthy balance to put EVERYTHING into bodybuilding. How does Phil cope with demands?

What does it take to become Mr Olympia or to reach the Olympia level? Is the IFBB a stepping stone? How can I manage to put on clean lean weight without gaining too much fat? And vice versa how can I become leaner without losing the muscle I gained?

What is your take on "fat burners" and pre workouts? When cutting down do you decrease calories consumed, increase cardio or both? When trying to lean do you completely cut out carbs or is it all in the calories? Is there such thing as a fat burn zone while doing cardio?

What i think the most guys here would like to hear/see from you, are things about nutrition. When does the body start burning muscles, what to eat after working out, before sleeping, and what for breakfast (basics), after how many hours should i eat again, White or Brown rice, when should i eat chicken, when Fish, when red meat, what vegetables and why (if any :P ), can we compensate the vegetables with Vitamin supps and..... do you sometimes feel small? :D
